Welcome to Visual Arts in the Robla School District!

All students TK through 6th grade receive Visual Arts instruction from a credentialed Art Teacher, each week. Students explore the Elements and Principles of Art and Design, Art History, Multi-Cultural Arts and Arts Integration in Social Studies, Science, English Language Arts and Technology.

Students use a variety of Art Mediums, techniques and styles. Focus is placed on the importance of students learning the process in creating art, creativity, evaluation of student's own artwork as well as many famous and important works of Art throughout time.

We are very proud of our amazing Robla Artists! Art Teachers regularly display student artwork at each school site on bulletin boards, in classrooms and school site offices. The Robla School District Board Room also serves as an Art Gallery, exhibiting student artwork from all five school sites. Art Teachers collaborate with planned Parent nights celebrating the cultural diversity of our district and showcasing multicultural artworks created by our students.
