The Robla School District Bond Oversight Committee (BOC) is a panel established pursuant to the requirements of school construction bond measures and state law. The BOC meets twice a year to review bond finances, and consists of a minimum of seven members as follows:
- One member active in a business organization representing the business community located within the district boundaries
- One member active in a senior citizens' organization
- One member active in a bona fide taxpayers' organization
- One member who is the parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the school district
- One member who is both a parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the school district and active in a parent-teacher organization
- The remaining two members are "at large" community positions
