Planning Process
The Facilities Master Plan is being developed through a thoughtful, data-driven, and collaborative process:

- Educational Vision Alignment: Alignment with instructional programs and student needs
- Enrollment & Demographic Analysis: Current and projected student enrollment
- Educational Partners Engagement: Input from students, staff, families, and the community
- Needs & Priorities Identification: Short- and long-term facility improvements
- Implementation Strategy:
