Why a Facilities Master Plan?
Our school facilities support teaching, learning, and community engagement every day. A Facilities Master Plan helps the District:

  • Plan for future enrollment and program needs

Planning Process
The Facilities Master Plan is being developed through a thoughtful, data-driven, and collaborative process:
  1. Facility Assessments: Review of building conditions, capacity, and infrastructure
  2. Educational Vision Alignment: Alignment with instructional programs and student needs
  3. Enrollment & Demographic Analysis: Current and projected student enrollment
  4. Educational Partners Engagement: Input from students, staff, families, and the community
  5. Needs & Priorities Identification: Short- and long-term facility improvements
  6. Implementation Strategy:
    Phasing, cost estimates, and funding options
