PHYSICAL HEALTH

Hazel Health logoHazel Health

Robla School District  offers a free, school-based healthcare program for students! Hazel Health will provide our students with quality care without leaving school. Why? Because healthy students learn better. Parents don’t miss work, and no need for a bus ride to the doctor’s office (or emergency room). Hazel Health needs no appointment, no insurance and no immigration check to provide free healthcare to students in school.

Services include:

  • Urgent care
  • Health screenings
  • Patient education
  • Provider ordered over-the-counter medication and/or prescriptions
  • Referrals to health care professionals, school and community resources

Parents are required to enroll their child in this program. For more information and to enroll, visit our Hazel Health page on our website, and watch the video below!
