Need medical care or vaccinations? Elica Health’s mobile clinic is pulling up to Robla Elementary this July to serve our community! Whether you need immediate care for a minor illness or injury, or routine check-ups, we’re here for you—children, youth, and adults of all ages.

Flexible Access: Walk-ins are welcome, or call 916-454-2345 to reserve your time.
Inclusive Coverage: We serve the UNINSURED, those with Medi-Cal (no need to be assigned to Elica), and select commercial plans (excluding Kaiser).
Patient-Centered: Intake forms are available in multiple languages, and interpreters are provided at no cost.
Easy Billing: No payment is collected at the visit! You will be billed by mail or through our patient portal within 2 weeks. Fees are waived for unhoused sliding fee applicants.
What to Bring: Please bring your insurance documentation, parent/patient ID, and any translated vaccination records.
We provide care you’d expect from a Primary Care Physician (PCP), including:
Vaccinations & Wellness Exams
Illness Treatment: Allergies, asthma, cold/flu, infections, etc.
Minor Injury Care: Cuts, strains, burns, and minor pain.
Note: We do not offer X-rays, ultrasounds, or treatment for life-threatening emergencies.
Our mobile van is dedicated to serving the entire region. We rotate our services between neighboring school districts:
Tuesdays: San Juan Unified School District
Wednesdays: Robla School District
Thursdays: Twin Rivers School District
Also serving: Gateway Community Charters (GCC)
