Covid-19 Mental Health Support

Concerns related to COVID-19 are causing stress, anxiety, and uncertainty for us all. Children and teens look to adults for guidance in how to respond in stressful situations. If the adults around them are overwhelmed with their own stress and worry, children are likely to become more anxious and fearful. But, how do we help when we are feeling overwhelmed ourselves?

 

The Robla School District Special Services staff are still available to support our students during the school closure. Specialists are reaching out to students and families who they have been working with this school year. If you would like to talk with a Mental Health Specialist from your child’s school, please call 916-649-5248, press 9 and leave a message with your child's name, phone number, and school they attend and one of our specialists will return your call as soon as possible.  You can find more support below . . .
