The Robla School Board is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent. A successful candidate will have the background, skills, and abilities essential for excellence in educational leadership. Engage in a high level of visibility at school sites, classrooms, and school and community events
Empower, model and coach administrators to fulfill their areas of responsibility while holding them accountable for showing results
Foster and engage in positive and cooperative labor relations
Partner with community resources to support the instructional program
Capitalize on opportunities to maintain district solvency and in creative approaches to financing, planning and implementing the development and maintenance of school facilities
Seek out and engage in professional development activities to enhance leadership skills and keep abreast of the latest in educational community’s legal and best practices

The Robla School District is nestled in the north area of the City of Sacramento and our quiet community is home to a very diverse population.The District has served the educational needs of the Robla Community for over 100 years.With five TK-6 elementary school sites and one Preschool site, our staff proudly serves 2,000 students.The District engages in variety of initiatives, partnerships and programs to support the educational, physical and social emotional wellbeing of our students and community.Attending to our students with a ‘whole child’ approach and preparing them for success is our top priority to meet the needs of our underserved community.

Valid Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility (preferred)
Must have at least three years of school district administrative experience (preferably at the district level as a Director, Chief of Assistant/Associate Superintendent)
