School Bus Drop-Off Incident

We are aware that a special needs student from Robla Elementary School rode the bus home yesterday and was not dropped off according to his parent’s transportation plan with the school district. We have apologized to the family, and we are reviewing the incident and will reiterate the appropriate protocol to all parties involved to ensure the safety of our students. We will also review our procedures to prevent a situation like this from happening again in the Robla School District. These kinds of incidents are extremely rare, and the safety of our students is our district’s highest priority.
